Went for my first run in 2 months yesterday… Oh dear, I need some major help
First of all: I spent the last 2 months eating junk food, drinking booze, and smoking cigarettes
Second of all: MY FORM IS TERRIBLE! I don’t know WHAT I’m doing wrong (I spent 2 miles trying to figure it out) but my ankles killed by the first half mile, not long after that I felt like I had shin splints, and by the end of the second mile my back hurt something terrible.. But I can’t seem to find the right rhythm :/ help?
